What is your return policy?
We offer free returns of new, unworn items purchased from Reef.com for up to 30 days after your order is delivered. Regular items are ineligible for return after 30 days, final sale items are always ineligible for returns. Offer only valid in the USA excluding Puerto Rico and any US territories.
Starting on 11/15, we are extending our return period to 45 days. Any order placed between 11/15-12/30 on reef.com will be eligible for return for 45 days from purchase.
All items marked as Final Sale are ineligible for returns or exchanges and will show as such within the Loop Returns portal. This includes items purchased during clearance events, promotions, and sales.
